The Barefoot Birthing Course is based on the KGHypnobirthing programme, the only Hypnobirthing course in the UK accredited by The Royal College of Midwives. The course not only teaches the incredibly profound Hypnobirthing theory and relaxation techniques, but also provides you with invaluable knowledge and skills to understand your body, your options, and decision making within the medical system. All together will help you achieve the best journey and a positive birth experience for you and your baby.


The Courses teach the 6 C’s of Hypnobirthing:


  • Confidence in how your body is designed to birth you baby, and that baby knows best

  • Relaxation Techniques to enable you to keep an inner Calm during pregnancy and birth

  • Being calm and understanding your body to help you have a more Comfortable birth 

  • Tools (life-skills) to give a sense of Control, especially useful when dealing with the medical staff and system

  • Knowing all your Choices before, during, and after birth 

  • A greater awareness of the importance of Communication, and how to achieve this 


All Courses include:


  • 10 hours of Hypnobirthing and Antenatal Teaching.

  • Ongoing support via email, text message and phone right up to the birth of your baby and for the first 2 weeks after birth.

  • The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves, with introduction by Michel Odent

  • The KG Hypnobirthing course relaxation MP3s, PLUS an additional 6 relaxation MP3 tracks. 

  • Barefoot Birthing Positive Affirmation Cards
