The course also includes postnatal learning, fully preparing you for parenthood as well as birth.

Giving birth to your baby should be a memorable experience for all the right reasons, so investing in a quality birthing education that goes above and beyond in supporting you to be informed, prepared, empowered, and excited can make all the difference.

The Barefoot Birthing course will give you all the tools your need for a positive birth,

whatever your birth journey may be - whether that be a waterbirth at home,

induction on the labour ward, or a caesarean section.

"I knew I wanted to be part of a change for better births for every woman."

Rachel is knowledgeable, patient, inspiring and 100% committed to your positive birth experience.

Rachel is an awesome teacher and will put you at ease the moment she says hello to you. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

The course content was brilliant and I’d go as far as saying I learnt so much more across the sessions with Rachel than the antenatal classes we attended.

We loved the whole experience and would definitely recommend this course to anyone currently pregnant and thinking about Hypnobirthing.
